This 24” round panel was inspired by a woodchip design I saw in a book.  I liked the symmetry of it.  By using the two different colors of glass in the center, a very dimensional effect is created. Often, people actually walk up to the window and  touch the glass, just to make sure it isn’t pleated.

While I was drawing the pattern and cutting the glass I thought about my junior high school geometry class. I remembered  how bad I was at it, and how I had told my teacher, "I knew as an adult I would never need this information!"  To Mr. Thiessen, I extend my deepest apology.
